Donna Campbell is an Ontario lawyer and a principal of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd P.C. in Toronto. Donna’s practice focuses upon complex matters involving securities law, litigation, and enforcement. 

Donna has practiced law for more than 30 years. As a senior litigation counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, she led successful prosecutions which included one of the largest insider tipping and trading cases in Canada, a complex fraud involving a fraudulent transfer company, and a forex trading case which defrauded investors. Donna has also acted as defense counsel in securities matters involving civil and regulatory proceedings. She was Acting Associate General Counsel, Capital Markets, at a major Canadian bank and oversaw the defense of securities class actions and responses to North American regulators. 

Donna has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 1986. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She has taught advocacy at Osgoode Hall Law School and was a guest instructor at Emory School of Law. Donna was appointed a Hearing Panel Member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada in 2018.
